The hotel is centrally located with excellent access to transportation services in all directions. The rooms, although not consistent with 4-star standards, were clean and decently decorated. The service was top-notch overall, with a minor exception. The location is superb, close to the main train station and ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The dining options were of good quality but slightly pricier compared to nearby alternatives.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the staff seemed overwhelmed with bookings. The hotel was in good order, although showing its age in some areas.

The location was amazing, despite being on a busy road, it was quiet inside. Situated near the main train station and at the heart of the vibrant shopping area where you can find everything within a short stroll, the city center was easily accessible.

The hotel is perfectly acceptable, although I didn't find a security safe, which is a security concern for laptops, etc. Thanks to the double-paned windows, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It would be nice if they have more TV channels besides the German ones.
